About Paulina

Before opening my firm, I spent five years on the defense side, representing corporations, insurers, and government agencies. I watched how institutions minimize injured people. I knew which framing hurt victims most. Now I use that knowledge to fight for the moms and children facing these institutions.

I became a mother during those defense years, and I launched this firm when my third child was five months old. When my first son was born, he didn’t cry. I watched him turn from pink to white. He could not breathe. My husband, an ER doctor, called the Code. In the chaos of that room, I was completely helpless. I understood, in my body, what my clients feel in the moments after an accident: the fear, the confusion, the desperate need for someone to fight for them.

I also understand something else about the moms I represent. I have seen clients who were seriously hurt, barely able to function, smile for their child in the back seat because they knew their child needed to believe mom was okay. That is what moms do. They absorb the worst moments so their children don’t have to. I fight for those moms because I know the depth of that sacrifice, and because they deserve someone in their corner who sees it too.
